Service Description

Consultations on methods and requirements to becoming a first time home buyer. First-time home buyer course which includes budgeting and credit analysis. A three tiered program which helps with a plan towards home ownership. The application fee and budgeting course is $35. Credit analysis, $35. The home management and insurance portion is $35, the complete course is a combined total of $105. Participants are not required to take all 3 parts of the course. We will help with the areas they are interested in. As everyone will not require the same level of assistance. The course is a minimum of 12 weeks and will require 2 in-person interactions and zoom or some form of on-line appointments. Everything is confidential and consents and confidentiality forms are required in order to receive services.
