Acquire
We take on overlooked Hudson Valley properties — distressed, inherited, or neglected — and start every project with a fair offer and a careful plan.

Rebuild
Licensed contractors. Permitted work. Modern electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We fix what's behind the walls, not just what's in front of them.

Rent & reinvest
Proceeds from every rental help fund our after-school mentorship, youth film programming, and monthly community service events.
